The theme of this year’s World Water Week conference in Sweden is ‘including all.’ I wrote an article for Thomson Reuters Foundation urging delegates to work towards a new approach that goes beyond quick fixes in order to create self-sustaining, resilient systems that continue to function long after the outside aid-tap is turned off.
