With India in the deadly grip of Covid19, efforts to vaccinate the world are needed more than ever. I argued that the best way to do that is to require pharmaceutical companies to share the recipes, tech and know-how so that manufacturing of doses can be rapidly scaled up. I also had the opportunity to ask fellow panellist Conservative Minister Anne Marie Trevelyan why the government was cutting the overseas budget at a time when there are more people in need of humanitarian assistance than at any time since the Second World War.
