At the UN General Assembly in New York the BBC organised a debate on global inequality – why it matters, and what can be done about it. I asked the panel – Sudanese billionaire Mo Ibrahim, Dutch minister Sigrid Kaag, actor John Fugelsang and head of US Heritage Foundation Kay James – whether they agreed it was time for structural fixes.
